Packed and Primed

It is 7am. The group gets here in less than an hour. We fly to Honduras today and start making things happen tomorrow. It is go time.

After all things were made, God made prayer. He first created a world with people in it, and then He gave those people the chance to talk to Him. In the Garden that prayer was perfect, now our thoughts and words get jumbled. But even in the confusion that is often a conversation with God, He listens. For this trip I am echoing with the prayer that Paul prayed for the people of Philippi in Philippians 1.9-11

                 

                        And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight,10 so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, 11 filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God.

I'm so excited to go on this trip. God will show up... He always does. Please pray along with us.
